How to reach us

The fastest way to reach BitPlayZone is email: contact@bitplayzone.com. It is a monitored address, not an auto-responder, and it is the correct address for every kind of request listed below. We aim to reply within five working days.

We do not operate a phone line or a postal office, and we would rather say so plainly than publish a number nobody answers.

Privacy and data requests

If you are in the EU, the UK or California and want to exercise a right under the GDPR or the CCPA — access, correction, deletion, or an objection to processing — email contact@bitplayzone.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line.

One thing worth knowing before you write: BitPlayZone has no accounts and no user database, so in most cases there is simply nothing held against your name. Your scores, favourites and daily streak are stored by your own browser and clearing your browsing data deletes them instantly, without asking us. What we do have is aggregate analytics, described in the privacy policy.

Copyright and licensing

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@bitplayzone.com with "Copyright" in the subject and include the URL of the page, a description of the work, and your contact details. Verified claims are acted on quickly — a game has been pulled from the catalogue before over a licensing question, and it would be again.

Bugs, broken games and suggestions

If a game will not start, drops frames, or misbehaves on your device, tell us which game, which browser and which phone or computer you were on. That is usually enough to reproduce it.

Requests for games you would like to see are welcome too. We cannot promise a title, but the list does get read.

Business enquiries

Advertising, sponsorship, licensing a game, or anything commercial: same address, "Business" in the subject line. Note that the site currently carries no ad network at all — see the about page for why.
